Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are based on your event details and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required to secure a date.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations, guest count changes, and menu changes may affect pricing and availability. Some deposits may be non-refundable due to purchased ingredients, rentals, or reserved labor.

Allergies & Dietary Needs

Please disclose all allergies in advance. We take care, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Client Responsibilities

Provide access to the location, working utilities, and basic kitchen facilities unless otherwise arranged.
Ensure safe conditions for staff and guests.

Payment

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Gratuity is optional and appreciated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAVOLA EXPERIENCE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from events or services.
